Having problems exporting a file?

There may be a problem with the way the book listings have been formatted.

Here are the two most common causes of errors and the ways to correct them:

Missing fields or incorrect sequence of fields.
Check your database or the document that contains your listings of books, so that they will be exported in the proper sequence (author/title/description [1 to 18 fields]/price).

Remember that the first field must be author followed up by title. The last title needs to be price.

If your efforts to diagnose and correct your roblems are not successful, please send a few records from the file by email to us at info@usedbookcentral.com for examination. You should give as much information as you can about the computer, operating system (e.g., Windows 95) and the program in which the file was created.
